I catch Flounder in the rivers along with perch and redfish in the summer months. To target Flounder in the Oregon Inlet area of the Outer Banks I run my trips through Captain Steven on a larger boat, with me, Captain Jeff as your mate. These trips take place on his 21 foot bay boat in Oregon inlet and the sounds of the Outer Banks. You will also catch trout, whiting, bluefish and many other saltwater bottomfish. So you get two Captains that have been fishing these waters their entire life for the price of one! Four people max on these trips.
There is nothing better than a good day of speckled trout fishing on light tackle.
